We’ve been happy to provide a basic supply of these products for your arrival. Should you need any additional quantities of these products during your stay, please do buy them yourself.
- The local tourist tax is levied regardless of the price of accommodation and is used to maintain the infrastructure, such as the upkeep of paths, the ski bus, cross-country ski trails, signposting, etc.
- Overnight stays by persons up to the end of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 15 are exempt from the tax.
- For the area covered by the Ötztal Tourism Association, the tourist tax per overnight stay is set as follows: until 1 November 2025: €4.00 | from 1 November 2025: €5.00 per person per night.
Fees for your pet: €18 per night
A deposit (see booking confirmation) is required to confirm the booking.

- Up to 3 months before arrival, only the deposit will be retained.
- From 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price.
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
- Any cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit already paid.
Check-in is available from 2.00 pm.
Check-out should be by 10.00 am.
Our apartments are perfectly equipped for a holiday offering a high standard of comfort.

- Washing-up liquid
- At Naturcamping Kuprian: washing machine and tumble dryer (for a fee)
To save money and protect yourself, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
The bus stops for regular buses and ski buses to and from Huben are just a 1–2-minute walk away.
In winter, the free ski buses to the Sölden, Obergurgl and Ötz ski areas also depart from here.
You’ll find a parking space for your car right next to the flats (there is one parking space available per flat).
One of the parking spaces is equipped with an electric charging point.
Alongside our apartments, we run a second family-run business – our second labour of love: the neighbouring Naturcamping Kuprian. As a guest in our apartments, you’re welcome to make use of some of the campsite’s facilities:
Sauna time
Treat yourself to some time out and make use of our cosy little sauna – ideal for unwinding after an active day in the great outdoors.
Please note: You must book the sauna in advance (either directly with me or at the campsite). There is a charge for using the sauna.
Doing the washing
For a small fee, you can easily do your washing at the campsite.

The apartment block is an official partner of the AQUA DOME Tirol Therme Längenfeld. As a result, our guests benefit from a small discount on admission to the thermal spa and can enjoy wellness and relaxation at reduced rates.
You may only leave your dog alone in the flat for a short time, subject to prior agreement! It is not possible to leave your dog alone for a longer period or even for the whole day.
Many pets do not feel at ease in unfamiliar surroundings and therefore sometimes behave differently to how they do at home.
We would ask you not to let your pets sleep in bed or on the sofa.
Unfortunately, dog hair is very difficult to remove.
Please make sure your dog does not cause any damage in the flat. Should this happen, please let us know straight away!
Out of consideration for other guests, uncontrolled barking is not permitted.
We Ötztalers love dogs, but our farmers don’t like dog poo on their meadows. For hygiene reasons, we ask you to take your dog’s poo away with you. You’ll find dog waste bins along most hiking trails, where you can dispose of the poo bags in the general waste bin.

Dogs must always be kept on a lead in the apartment block.
